Camp Refund Policy
Due to contracts with service providers, facilities, travel arrangements that need to be made in advance with coaching staff, and other operational expenses incurred prior to camps; partial refunds can only be given, if requested, it must be in writing and received by the camp office no later than 30 days prior to the camp start date. A written refund request must be sent via email to the camp administrator’s email address wolfpackstrengthcamp@gmail.com, outlining the camper’s name, camp session, and request for refund, with a stated reason for cancellation.
2026 Wolfpack Strength Camp Non-refundable fee: $265.00
Medical Cancellations due to an injury or illness must be emailed to wolfpackstrengthcamp@gmail.com prior to the beginning of the registered camp session. Medical documentation and a valid doctor's note are required. No partial refunds will be given, if requested less than 30 days prior to the camp's start date, unless it is in the case of a sudden medical illness or injury, during this time, that would prohibit the child from participating at camp. During this 30-day period prior to camp, a partial refund can only be given, if a written refund request accompanied by a doctor’s release, stating that due to the child’s medical illness or injury, they would not be able to participate at camp. Both the written cancellation request and doctor’s release must be received by the camp office no later than 2-days prior to the camp start date. No refund requests, for any reason, can be considered if received after the 2-day deadline prior to the camp’s start date. In the case that the child needs to leave camp early due to a medical illness or injury, a partial pro-rated refund will be given, if a written refund request accompanied by a doctor’s release is received by the camp office, within 5 days of the child’s departure from camp. The partial refund will be calculated based upon how much time was missed at camp. All cancellation/refund requests will be reviewed, and if approved, processed within 30 days from the date the camp office receives the written cancellation/refund request and doctor’s release if applicable. Partial refunds will be given in the same form that the initial payment was made.
Personal Items Policy
Wolfpack Strength and Conditioning Camps is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items a camper, their guests, or family bring to camp, and NC State Soccer Camps is not responsible to replace them in anyway. Parents, guests, family, and campers who bring personal items, including cell phones, or any other electronic devices, cash, or personal items, bring them at their own risk. In the event an item is lost, you will need to contact the camp office at wolfpackstrengthcamp@gmail.com to let them know, and they will try to locate the item, but they cannot guarantee in any way that it will be found. Wolfpack Strength and Conditioning Camp is unable to guarantee that if it is found, that it will be in their possession at the time you come to pick it up. Wolfpack Strength and Conditioning Camp, its owners, operators, coaches and staff, affiliated vendors and other colleges and universities represented, North Carolina State University, the Board of Trustees, The Board of Governors, the State of North Carolina, and their heirs, assigns or successors in interest of any and each of them from any and all liability which may result or arise from the loss, theft, or damage of any of a camper's, guests, or family's, personal belongings, including electronic devices, cash, or any other personal items.
Weather Delays/Cancellations, Camp Change of Structure, Date, Location & Postponement Policy
Wolfpack Strength and Conditioning Camps reserves the right to change camp locations for any reason if necessary to do so. In the event that inclement weather prohibits campers to train outside at any of our events, if indoor facilities are available, campers will be moved inside to train, or will be brought to a safe indoor or covered area until the weather has passed. Wolfpack Strength and Conditioning Camps will do its best under these circumstances and the facilities being used, to keep the players active, but their safety is our first priority. If a training session is missed during an event and is unable to be taken indoors, we will do our best to make up that session during the remainder of the event. Wolfpack Strength and Conditioning Camps is unable to issue any type of credit or refund for inclement weather prior to or during an event, many expenses have already been paid for to hold the event. In the case of a catastrophe, such as but not limited to a natural disaster, hurricane, flood, earthquake, crime or terrorism, sickness outbreak, pandemic, or war; and Wolfpack Strength and Conditioning Camp is unable to hold the event, Wolfpack Strength and Conditioning Camps will retain the right to alter the camp structure, postpone the event to a later date, or move the camp to a different location; and Wolfpack Strength and Conditioning Camps retains the right to alter the camp structure, decide the postponement date and location, and retain all registration fees paid for the camp. If a camp is fully cancelled and not moved to a different location or postponed to a later date, and it will not be held, families will receive a full refund.
