Wolfpack Strength & Conditioning Camps
Are you ready to train like the next level demands?
Wolfpack Strength & Conditioning Camps are designed for competitive athletes ages 12–18 who want to improve their performance and learn what it truly takes to compete at the collegiate level.
Athletes will learn and experience:
• Speed & agility development specific to their sport
• Strength training fundamentals to build strength, power, and durability
• Performance testing on force plates to establish strength and power baselines
• High performance habits including sleep, recovery, nutrition, hydration, and mindset
• Movement technique coaching to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk
Each athlete will leave camp with an 8-week individualized training program designed by our expert coaches using their performance data and assessments from camp.
This camp is more than a workout: it’s an opportunity to understand what it takes to train, recover, and think like a high-level athlete.
